Who leads the mediation and therapy services?
Laurin Gregory Vance, a retired pastor and certified mediator, guides all of our professional support. Laurin uses several proven mediation methods to identify problems and then develop a plan to resolve them in consultation with your church leadership.
Are these services available to all church members?
Our focus is on rostered leaders but we support broader church community wellbeing.
How much does it cost?
- For a multi-day presence, the fee is $500, plus travel expenses.
- For a partial day (for example, a 2-hour mediation between two parties) the fee is $200 plus travel expenses.
- For either option 1 or 2, an annual donation to CWN of 1% of your annual budget, or a negotiated fee. Note: the fees go directly to CWN and not the Director.
